This year's Women & Children's Dinner featured music - all kinds of music from the youth of the church. The dinner and a show certainly pleased the attendees - although the great food certainly put everyone in a good mood for the entertainment.
Dinner featured filled chicken breast, corn and mashed potatoes and dessert of strawberry shortcake. As usual the meal was prepared and served by the men of the church.
Following dinner, the entertainment included Hannah Haussmann on piano, Anna & Laura Zeigler on violins, Sara Jones on flute, Theoron Hershey on oboe and Stephen Boone on cello. Declan Jones sang. The musicians played together and as solos. Piano accompaniment was provided by Donna Elkin and Karen Boone.
